Shipping deliveries are valid for anywhere UPS Shipping can reach.

Order Delivery Time
Orders confirmed by 14:00 on weekdays are handed over to the shipping company on the same day for orders selected at the order stage. All orders placed after 14:00 on Friday are handed over to the shipping company on the first following Monday.
The estimated delivery time for international orders varies between 3-7 business days depending on the cities. Your orders are shipped from Istanbul.

Official Holidays and Campaign Periods
Orders placed on official holiday days are handed over to the shipping company on the first working day following the holiday. Delays in delivering orders may occur on special days such as special discount days and campaign days on our website.
Delays may occur in deliveries during periods of high shipping volume (Special discount days, Campaign periods, etc.).

Products are always available in stock for sale. However, in case of possible delays in delivery due to force majeure reasons, you will be informed through the contact channels provided in the order information.

Delivery of Damaged Products
If you suspect any damage to the product in your cargo package, make a report to the shipping company employee and do not accept the product!

If you complete these procedures, we will initiate work related to your package and ensure that the delivery is repeated as soon as possible. If damaged products are accepted during the transportation by the shipping company, it is considered that the product has been received in good condition, and in this case, the product return will not be accepted.
