With the Establishment of the Electronic Commerce Agreement;
- Your identity information (name, surname, date/place of birth, Turkish ID No.),
- Your contact information (full address, email address, phone number),
- Information shared if you request an invoice (Turkish ID No., Tax ID No., Tax Office),
- Information processed for sending to the payment institution if you make payment by credit card,
- Information regarding bank IBAN and the bank you use in case of selecting bank transfer as the payment method.
In Case You Become a User;
- Your username and password provided specifically for you,
- Records related to the services provided by our company (request and complaint management),
- Records created with the forms received regarding your complaints,
- Customer information processed by FEHA DIŞ TİCARET A.Ş. as the data processor within the framework of the electronic commerce system provided to you as a user, solely for storage and system usage purposes,
- Communication data processed for sending your commercial communications sent to you as a merchant or trader.
To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data May be Transferred
